FEED THE HUNGRY

The Bible tells us to love our neighbors as ourselves (Luke 10:25-37 The Parable of the Good Samaritan). Mount Zion Lutheran Church strives to live out this commandment by reaching out and serving the community with monthly Feed The Hungry ministry program. The dedicated members of Mount Zion Lutheran Church, prepare a delicious hot meal for the community. The community appreciates it, especially, our next door neighbor The Guste High Rise Retirement Homes. It’s an undertaking that requires dedicated manpower and resources. Mount Zion Lutheran is delighted to take this on because it is indeed a labor of love for our neighbor.  We are honored to bless others just as we have been blessed by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Below is a snapshot of Mount Zion Lutheran’s Feed The Hungry ministry in action.
